For customers
Your $40 meal shouldn’t cost $70.
On CraveCo, the price you pay is the price on the restaurant’s menu. No markup. No service fee. No delivery fee on orders over $25. Every charge is explained in plain language — because we can.

What you pay on CraveCo
Sources: DoorDash help center, consumer advocacy reporting, published fee schedules. Fees vary by city, restaurant, and order. DashPass reduces but does not eliminate fees.
Fees you’ll never see on CraveCo.
Every fee has a “Why this fee?” button.
If a charge exists on your receipt, we can explain it in one sentence. If we can’t explain it in one sentence, it doesn’t exist. Try getting that from the other guys.
We take exactly one dollar from every order. In big letters. Every other dollar — food, tip, processing — flows directly between you, the restaurant, and your driver.
The small-order problem, handled honestly.
Orders under $25 are the hardest part of delivery economics. Here’s how we handle them — with three options, not a penalty.
Pay the fee
A small-order fee (~$4), fully itemized. You see where every dollar goes.
Add items
Cross the $25 threshold with suggestions from the menu. Free delivery unlocked.
Buy a gift card
A $3 gift card to the restaurant gets you over the hump AND banks credit for next time. Real value, not a penalty.
When something goes wrong.
Food issue?
Call the restaurant. They made the food, they own the fix. Same as if you found something wrong dining in. No middleman playing telephone.
Delivery issue?
Contact CraveCo. We dispatched the driver, we own that. The right person handles the right problem.
